Michael A. Jackson served for 6 years as volunteer board member at SCFT. In 2017, Jackson worked asProgram Coordinator and Certified Community Health Worker (CCHW). He is also an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. He has served as an Outreach Educator and Facilitator for over five years for Families Matter , a community- based non-profit organization. He facilitates a variety of programs such as Dynamic Dads, The Principles of Manhood and Child Support Noncustodial Employment Demonstration Program (CSPED). Jackson states his primary role is that of a wellness advocate promoting preventive care to help reduce the negative effects of various health disparities on communities.
