Mental Health W.R.A.P.

The Sickle Cell Mental Health Initiative was created by warriors, caregivers and providers of the Sickle Cell Community Consortium, for the purpose of creating a platform on which sickle cell warriors, caregivers, CBOs and mental health providers and experts can navigate the shared experiences, education and tools for managing and understanding the mental health needs of the sickle cell community. One such tool is the Wellness Recovery Action Plan. Clayton W. Andrews, LAPC provides an explanation of this structured recovery outline designed by the patient to help direct the process of wellness and recovery as it applies to the Sickle Cell Warrior.
